The best thing to do is tell an adult you trust how you are feeling and what has happened.

They will be able to help you.

Thinkuknow is an organisation which works to protect and keep children safe. Click on the link below to explore one of the six Thinkuknow websites for advice about staying safe when you're on a phone, tablet or computer.





Childline is here to help anyone under 19 in the UK with any issue they're going through. You can talk about anything. Whether it's something big or small.
