Childcare Vouchers

We are pleased to advise our parents that Eaglesfield Paddle Academy is able to accept childcare vouchers to pay for Nursery Extra Sessions, Wrap Around Care and the Summer Holiday Club.

You should contact HMRC or your employer to arrange these payments.

For the governments tax free childcare programme, you need to register for an account at https://www.gov.uk/apply-for-tax-free-childcare The school's reference number is 136784.

When you make a payment through the government scheme this will then show as a credit on our bank account.  In order for us to allocate the funds to the correct place please send an email to Mrs Raven on finance@eaglesfieldpaddle.cumbria.sch.uk detailing the payment amount and where you would like this money allocated (breakfast club, after school club, etc.).  Mrs Raven will then update your child’s ParentMail account with the credit.  Please note that it can take a few days for the payment to show in the school’s bank account, and therefore it could take up to a week for the money to be reconciled to your child’s ParentMail account (and longer out of term time).
