Eaglesfield Paddle CE Primary Academy is an exciting rural school and nursery.  Our primary objective is to give all the children the very best possible start to their education through the provision of a rich and relevant curriculum.   The highly trained and experienced nursery staff ensure that all the children have the opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive and stimulating environment.  Each child is unique and learning within our Nursery is personalised to enable all children to “be the best they can be”.

Session Times & Fees

At Eaglesfield Paddle we are pleased to be able to offer up to 30 hours of free childcare for working parents of 3 and 4 year olds.  All 3 and 4 year olds are eligible for up to 15 hours of free nursery education per week over 38 weeks.  These free sessions are funded by the government equate to five morning sessions of three hours per week. 

Children who are eligible for up to 30 hours of free childcare will be offered full day sessions, or these may use this flexibly including our wrap around care provision which is available from 7.45am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Additional hours in the Nursery can be paid for via ParentMail or Childcare Vouchers.  Details of the current cost of additional hours can be found in our Pricing Policy.

A Snack is provided for our children in Nursery and charges for this are made via ParentMail.
